SHIPPING POLICY

Quebec & Ontario: FREE SHIPPING is available on orders over $100.00 excluding sales taxes, coupons or price matches.

Rest of Canada: FREE SHIPPING is available on orders over $350.00 excluding sales taxes, coupons or price matches.

FREE SHIPPING is not available on orders being shipped to Nunavut(NV) Northwest Territories (NWT), the Yukon(YK) or other remote areas.

For orders being shipped to destinations where free shipping is not available, the shipping charges can be calculated when viewing your shopping cart by clicking on "Estimate Shipping & Tax".

Normally orders are delivered to the client within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the location.

For security reasons, the shipping address must match that which is on file with the clients’ credit card company.

At this time, Chrisica Canada Limited delivers to destinations within Canada only.

If you have received something in error, or have been short shipped, please contact us immediately. We will correct the error as soon as possible and any extra shipments required due to the fault of Chrisica Canada Limited will be shipped at no cost to you.

If a delivery is refused or undeliverable due to no fault of Chrisica Canada Limited or the courier, Shipping charges both ways, as well as a restocking fee will be charged. Please note that the courier will make multiple attempts to deliver your order and will leave notification of such. It is the clients responsibility to contact the courier once a notification has been left at your door to arrange another delivery, or pick up at their facility.

Please note: Our distribution centers do not process or ship orders on weekends and/or holidays. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@Chrisica.ca for return instructions.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery of your shipment for a full refund. The item must be unused, unopened and factory sealed in the original packaging. If the order was shipped as “Free Shipping”, the original shipping cost will be deducted from refund.  Re-stocking charges may apply.

If the return is a result of our error, we will pay all shipping costs.

If within 30 days of purchase, the product is found to be defective, please contact us at support@Chrisica.ca for return instructions. After 30 days, we ask that you follow the manufacturers' warranty instructions.

The decision as to whether the item is in fact defective or not, will be determined by the manufacturers’ service department

Chrisica Canada (Chrisica.ca) reserves the right to either replace the defective item or issue a refund for the item.

Items that are found not to be defective will be returned to the client and all shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the client.

Refunds will be credited in the same manner as they were paid.

No refund will be issued for returns that have been opened, used, dented, scratched or damaged in any way that would deem the item unsellable.

No freight collect, COD returns, or returns without a “return authorization number” will be accepted. Unauthorized returns will be refused. We accept no responsibility for merchandise returned without an RMA number.

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for credits or refunds to be processed.
